I also had one of my 3 metal tabs break free of the windshield. So I just purchased some 3M urethane adhesion primer to help the urethane long term.

Using the 3M primer I mentioned in post #240 will further hide the camera mounting buttons. Definitely use this if doing this mod.

anyone knows what going on with mine?
I recently bought a 2019 ZL1 SC750 with very low mileage. Regarding build sheet it did not come with PDR, however it has the camera built into the mirror.
No PDR app at all and one SD card slot inside the right arm rest.
Is it possible to just do software upgrade in order to use it?

Pretty sure you’re talking about the rear view mirror camera. The rear view mirror is a screen in that case. All new Camaro’s have the SD card in the center console if you have navigation I believe

I was always curious, I seem to have the PDR camera installed (I think ) but unfortunately the car was not ordered with it, is this something that could be added without significant hardware upgrades and just software?

That pictured is not the PDR. It is the collision avoidance camera.

I did read through the threads. Thanks for the clarification between the two. So by your clarifications there is actually two or three different windshields for the 6th camaro.

Yep, probably three different windshields.
Camaros did not come with both the PDR and collision avoidance system. It was one or the other or neither. So, I think to add PDR to your ZL1 would be more difficult due to it having the collision avoidance system. The windshield would definitely need replaced where as in my case I was able to utilize my non PDR windshield.
