Newbie Question - Will it Fit Properly?

Hey all!

I just ordered a new set of wheels and tires for my '16 SS and wanted to ask if the sizes would work on the car without spacers, rubbing, or issues.

The front wheels are 20x9 with 20mm offset on 255/40ZR20 tires.

The rear wheels are 20x10.5 with 40mm offset on 285/30ZR20 tires.

Opinions?

EDIT: Even though I requested 285/35ZR20 I noticed that it was 285/30ZR20 ordered...

They are very likely to work, but wheel-size.com is your friend, you can check all parameters with their calculator. The screenshots below show two sample pieces of info you can garner from this site.

Your wheel sizes are fine, including the offsets (make sure the center bore is at least 66.9mm).

Your tire sizes have issues though:
  • Those fronts are 28" in diameter, whereas you should be looking for 26.8-27". 255/35/20 is perfect for you.
  • In back, 285/30/20 is great at 27.2" tall: that's the stock 1LE size. If you'd ordered 285/35/20 they would also be too tall.
As it is, you will have tires that are almost 1" taller in front than your rears. You need to change that order to the 35-series fronts.
