That car should be crushed. I’d burn it. No one should own it now.
The feds should have destroyed it. |

I raced David in that Camaro a few times back in the mid to late 1970s , I had no clue it was the same David Koresh .. I just knew him as David ..I lived in Corsicana TX and David lived 40 miles away in Waco ..

Old thread...saw the Camaro up close at the Bagan's museum in Vegas. Staff had a story about Zak periodically doing burnouts in the car...really sweet ride.

Fighting the enemy which attacked you and fighting and killing and burning your own citizens over a shotgun that was short by an arbitrary rule are distinctly not the same things.

You gotta remember, most of those agents thought they were abusing children. The lead agents never mentioned to them how vague that storyline was and they did feel like they succeeded by getting all the kids that weren't Davids kids out of there. BUT those ATF and FBI agents were mostly the same ones involved in the strong arming of Randy Weaver and that whole fiasco at Ruby Ridge a few months earlier. Ultimately, they're actions led to much more devastation and death at the Oklahoma City federal building.
