All that work and then you cover them up!!! LOL

Why not relocate your coil packs so you can see your good work?

No...paint them red. Don't relocate them. Use them for contrast. They look really good over the polished covers.

I froze my ass off doing this today in 28 degree weather. LOL
Installed my holley covers and put my painted coils on there with some red wires.

Whattya' think? I'm really happy with it.

Next week I can get my kooks on and my carbon fiber hood.

That does look much better getting rid of the mounting brackets for the coil packs. Looks good.

Pretty soon I'm gonna change all the bolts holding the coil packs and brackets to Stainless Steel Bolts, I really like the way those were done.

Those look great but all that work to cover them with those clunky coil brackets, I would look into getting the ones from CFD or other to clean that up!

V8'ers, you like the factory valve covers? Check this out!

Does anyone know what park number I would use when looking for a MSD kit to build my own spark plug wires? This will be the first time I’ve done this so I have no idea what I’m looking for

Edit: just pieced one together

Here is one I started next one untouched.

The more you sand and the finer the sandpaper, you can begin to see a shine emerging. After some sanding with a mouse sander and 180 grit I went to hand sanding with 220, 400, 600 and 1500 grit with soapy water.

After some buffing it really starts to look good.

They are far from perfect and there some tight spots to get into, but it looks miles better than before.

Here it is on the motor, looks pretty good with the Jet Hot ceramic coated headers.

One side all together, one more to go. I hope with what I learned on the first one makes the next one go much faster.

Also looks great. You for sure have more patience than me lol
