Recommendations for Spark Plug Wires?

So, I have an issue. The stock and speed engineering spark plug wires have all had issues with the heat from my ceramic coated Kooks headers.

I have been looking at Accel, Grantelli, or the GPI spark plug wire set with Texas Speed heat sleeves.

Anyone have experience with any of them? Randomly having a misfire from a burnt plug and being stranded is getting quite old.

I’ve been rocking the Granatellis for a couple of years now with great results.

I have ceramic coated Kooks headers and run OEM wires with boots/sleeves off Amazon. No issues in over a year.

Decided to give these a chance after looking into more individuals who bought them. Thanks to any who responded.

Buy the 12" Speed Engineering and you won't have any issues, these allow you to move them around with the extra 2" of length that you don't have with a standard length wire. I ran them on my 16 SS, my C7 without any issues and both had Speed Engineering headers.

I have "ZERO" personal experience... but I have only seen positive reviews on Granitelli's plug wires. That said, I have seen several less than optimal experiences with some of their other products.
I think you made a good choice.

I'm surprised to hear this, mine are uncoated headers, but I have 2500 degree thermal boots on my plug wires just for that reason.

No issues for me so far at least.

I melted one of my Granatellis during a ~30 minute session on the NCN road course at the last Camaro Fest. I replaced the wire and added DEI sleeves and have been good ever since. My headers are ceramic coated.

We have had very good luck with the Pertronix Flame Thrower Spark Plug Wires.
