Garage lift
I recently went to a friends man cave, 4 Corvettes, and he keeps one on a lift with one parked under it... my wife should have never let me go there do any of y'all (yes I'm in the south) keep your ZL1 on a lift and if so do you recommend a particular brand and/or style? I've been looking at the 8000lb lifts and they're remarkably affordable... thanks for your input and any and all pictures will be drooled over hahaha

Buddy of mine has a 4 post and he swaps his Grand Sport and ZR1 on it. It's a great plan plus it helps for maintenance.
Wish I had the garage height for it. |

I know i dont have a ZL1 but the lift was well worth it when needing to work on the Camaro or my Truck.

Thx its great, I also got the extra 4500lb hydraulic jack that rolls between the ramps very useful for jacking up the car for removing tires or other work have used it a lot.

Yup, lift is the way to go! Here's 1200Hp in a nice stack. The '69 chevelle has a LS3 418 stroker with big heads and cam making 630HP.

Mine is a Direct Lift I believe. It's commercial rated and everything so it would be legal in a commercial shop but it is much cheaper than a bend pac....fine for home hobby use but you may not want to be using it all day every day in a shop setting.

I went with a 4 post version. I do basic maintenance, but not that often as my cars are newer. I went the atlas 9600lb, its big enough for my dually long bed truck too.

Got the Atlas pro 8000. I've done engine and transmission removals with it. No issues with stability. Best gift that I've ever gotten.
