Aeroforce Gauges (must read!!)

Hey guys,

So I had a OBD2 splitter cable and when I hooked my hp tuner to look at some parameters the interceptor dual gauges went off. Looks like they're fried!! They will not power up at all now. Looks like they are damaged, I contacted aeroforce to find out if they are repairable or if I have to order new? No response yet. These were the dual scan model CN202. Expensive lesson, don't make the same mistake I did!!

Correct! Thought it would keep me from having to un-plug the aeroforce gauges every time I needed the OBD2 port. I also have a car lock device that uses that port. This sucks, hope their repairable!!

Did you check to make sure the power at the obd dlc is still present? The gauges wont work if that power source has blown its fuse.

I'm thinking about getting rid of Aeroforce and just going to hard wire gauges that keeps the OBDII free for HP Tuners. I'm only watching AFR and IAT anyway.
