Interesting fun fact, wasn't aware of that.

CSP ARE THE EASIEST TO INSTALL AND WERE DESIGNED TO NOT HAVE ANY OF THE ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE ON 2" ARH / KOOKS / STAINLESS WORKS.
CSP HEADERS ARE MADE MY STAINLESS WORKS BUT ARE NOT THE SAME AS WHAT STAINLESS WORKS SELLS.
THERE IS A YOUTUBE VIDEO THAT SHOWS JUST HOW QUICK THEY SLIDE INTO PLACE.

I'M RUNNING A CATLESS SET UP WITH MBRP'S RACE CATBACK (NO MUFFLERS ONLY J-PIPE RESONATORS) CAR HAS A ROTOFAB INTAKE, IT WAS TUNED WITH HP TUNERS AND PICKED UP 55 RWHP OVER STOCK ON A MUSTANG DYNO.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAGE8 LOCKING HARDWARE.

CSP was designed by Andrew in conjunction with SW as a private label for CSP, specifically designed to be better fitting. SW still sells their original design, too, but I believe it is similar to ARH/Kooks/ etc., where it is not as easy to just drop in.

ANDREW'S DESIGN FOR HIS 2" HEADERS DOESN'T REST ON THE MOTOR MOUNTS, TOUCH PLUG WIRES OR TOUCH THE STEERING SHAFT AT ALL. I BELIEVE 1 7/8 HEADERS DONT REALLY RUN INTO THESE ISSUES AT ALL BUT THE 2" HEADERS DO.

I'M EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE.

I DID LOSE 2-2.5 LBS OF BOOST WHEN I WENT CATLESS HEADERS BECAUSE I DIDN'T CHANGE THE LOWER PULLEY, THE CAR IS MORE EFFICIENT NOW BUT EVENTUALLY I WILL BE DOING THE SWAP.

CSP has switched to Kooks as their builder for their private label. They’re built to connect to the stock mid pipe for those who want headers only, they clear stock plug wires, and they’re easier to slide in, so you shouldn’t have to jack up the engine even with stock engine mounts. I just picked up a set myself since those perks were exactly what I was after.
