What my 6th gen did today

Let my gf drive it through the taco bell drive thru, ate its first curb and now has a thin 1 inch scratch on the outer most part of the edge of the rim. Not too bad, I'll probably just touch it up myself..... I gave her some slack since it was one of those slightly trickier to navigate right turning drive thrus lol.

And that's why I'd just park it and walk in. The risk isn't worth it haha.

That’s exactly what I do now or I walk to get lunch I had to have someone fix the rim for me because I couldn’t get the marks out.
Then I kid you not, about a month and a half ago I had to get that rim replaced because in a different spot the clear coat started peeling so I got the rim replaced with a new one. Call that lucky I guess. Learned my lesson so I avoid driving in close areas with it now haha.

Posted here b4, but did the same thing with my son's 17 RS several months ago. Took it to my friend's body shop b4 Christmas and left with him for a few hrs. He did a great job. Used different grits (?) of sandpaper to smooth marks on rim, filled with JB Weld to smooth as needed, blended paint (gray painted 20" split spokes), to a great match. BTW, admitted later it was some Ford paints he had in the shop! Can't tell it was ever scratched. I am very careful driving thru the bank drivethru now. I turned right too early and hit the right side concrete island b4.

That’s awesome tho! I am always sure mindful when drilling this car in tight areas.

Been raining the last 2 weekends here in LA. Finally got to wash mine and do some brief touchups. Feels good after about 3 weeks of collecting dirt.

Picked up a set of Firestone Firehawk AS for my DD!

While at shop, saw a probably '95 Mustang GT with a huge set of fuzzy dice on rear view mirror...

Washed, waxed, and installed Rotofab CAI. Great upgrade to pair with the Borla S Type axleback mufflers.

Really liking that look! my input is blackout those bow ties! I might copy the splitter, rockers, and wing though. What brand?

P&S ceramic coating. The wing is GM high wing and splitter is GM for the LT models. Rockers are ACS. and yes i've been considering blacking out the bowties.
