It’s the normal way to do it. Your sensor is right at the motor so as soon as it sees alcohol it needs to start changing the percentage and stoich.Where as with the stock settings it may start seeing the alcohol but, it won’t change the percentage until after you have consumed the volume of fuel in the first box and then it won’t change the stoich until it uses the amount of volume in the second box.

When you set them to zero it changes the percentage and stoich as soon as it sees a change in alcohol.

I'm going to bring this one back up. Everything seemed to work fine up until I let the car sit for a couple weeks. When I started the car it did not start up as aggressively as it normally does then died within seconds. I pulled out the scanner and found the car to be reading 40% alcohol and I think 100% on the ethanol side when I should be around 80% on both. The transition and blend volumes were change to zero for immediate results as mentioned above.

I tired a few little things like unplugging the sensor and no change. I then reflashed the tune and everything worked as it should.

Is there something needed in my tune or a trick to this not happening when I'm out and about without my laptop?

See attached tune.
