Not much time to work on the installation this week. Only an hour yesterday. Just need to hook up 2 more catch can lines, fill the intercooler, and hook up the battery.

Job done. It fired right up. I drove it easily for about 15 minutes and it runs fine. Next I need to enable the DSX flex sensor to make sure that it is working correctly and then make an appointment to get it tuned.

By me it’s hard to find anyone with less than a month waiting list to tune. Hope it’s better by you

Mine come in today. I'll be starting install this weekend. Curious to see what kinda boost you see with stock pulley

I'm expecting 10ish because of the altitude here. It will be interesting to see what E85% I am able to run. I expect that I will need a low side to be able to run the 70mm pulley that I have.

I'm going to a 75 probably depending on what the 80 does. We are sea level, so we get all of it. Lol. Hoping for 12.5-13.5 lbs

Just dropped off 10 gallons of E85 at RMCR (tuning shop). They want me to bring along my 70mm pulley and belt in case we need more boost. Looking forward to Monday!

FWIW - I have the 2300 Maggie and run the 80mm upper with a 9.17” crank pulley. It makes right at 14psi max boost.

You have headers? Didnt see them in your sig. What kind of power you making at 14lbs?

No headers. Stock manifolds. I did port the collector outlets (gained 3/8” diameter).

It’s been through several upgrade iterations but never on a dyno. So I’m not sure on power and would only be guessing. I can say it is more than I can comfortably handle with the nannies off. The TVS2300 was my last upgrade. I was pushing the stock 1.7 blower to the brink (a fair amount of heat soak). This latest upgrade pretty much squashed the “more power” bug for me and dropped my IATs down considerably.
