18" Michelin Slicks

I'll be running MIchelin slicks for the first this this weekend. 30/35/18 Front, 30/68/18 rear.
Anyone have a good reference for tire pressures? Thanks for the input guys and gals.

Ok First off, I THINK you mean30/65/18 fronts , correct???

Anyhow, I have had good success running those at 25 PSI cold. Pirelli slicks I run at 28 PSI cold. The reason for this is that the MICHELINS have a stiffer sidewall than the pirellis. BOTH these tires like ALOT of camber. I run -3.6 in front and -2.4 in the rears. The TOE IN TOE OUT setting should be basically NEUTRAL. Also the Michelins are a little WIDER than the pirellis of the same size.

The Michelins to me seem a little stickier tire than the pirellis. The pirellis will last longer.

OOps, typo - correct 30/65/18

Thanks for the feedback. I've been running Pirelli's as well - same cold pressure; 28. Get them to 32-34 psi, they are consistent.

I'll start them at 25 as you suggested.

Does anyone ave experience with Hoosiers A7/R7 - feedback I received for A7 is start at 40 psi - seems way too high for cold starting pressure. Can;t find any info from the web.

I start my A7's at about 25-26 cold and target 33 hot.

What size wheels are you running with 30/65/18? Have 18x11” Apex and considering trying Michelins.

I have 18 x 11 APEX EC-7 ET25 wheels, I run 8MM spacers up front. I run -3.9 degrees front camber and around -3.0 degrees camber on rear

Run them at 23-24 PSI cold.

The slicks like as much camber as you can throw at them.
