Security token

I hate computers. I am trying to upload pics and it tells me a security token is missing. Can somebody offer any suggestions on what to do? Thanks much.

I think the file may be too large...try reducing and uploading again. Just a guess as I've seen this before.

Michael was right. I resized to medium size and they work now. Thanks for the help guys!!

I had this issue when upload photos. I had to just upload one at a time instead of multiples ones and then it worked fine.
