Coolant hose connection questions

Does anyone know the torque specs for the bolts on coolant hose connection to the engine block in the picture?

Also, does anyone know the type of bolt? I am installing the catch can on one of those bolts and the bracket is about less than 1/2 inch thick so i would like to get a longer bolt. Would that longer bolt even be necessary? I have seen in other MY they changed the style of how that part connects to the engine block.

Photo is blurry so I can't see what you see. But here is the LT4 stuff from the whole torque table. New bolt should have the same markings as the current bolt, just be longer. You can usually deduce the bolt spec from the torque spec.

Engine Oil Cooler Bolt 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Engine Oil Cooler Hose Fastener (LT1, LT4) 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Engine Oil Cooler Hose Quick Connect 34 N.m (25 lb ft)
Radiator Air Lower Seal Bolt 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
Radiator Surge Tank Nut 6 N.m (53 lb in)
Radiator Upper Mount Bracket Bolt 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Supercharger Water Manifold Fastener (LT1, LT4) 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Thermostat Heater Shield Fastener 5 N.m (44 lb in)
Upper Charge Air Cooler Bracket Bolt (LGX LTG LT4) 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Water Inlet and Outlet Pipe Fasteners 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Water Outlet Bolt (LTG, LT1, LT4) 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Water Pump Bolt (LT1, LT4) 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Air Bleeder Valve Pin Screw (LT4) 2.8 N.m (25 lb in)
Charge Air Cooler Bracket Bolt (LGX LTG LT1 LT4) 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Charge Air Cooler Bracket Bolt (LTG LT4) 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Clamp Bolt (LT4) 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Charge Air Cooler Radiator Bolt (LT4) 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Charge Air Cooler Upper Bracket Nut (LT4) 5.5 N.m (49 lb in)
Drain Plug (LT4) 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Engine Coolant Air Bleed Valve (LT1 LT4) 12 N.m (106 lb in)
Engine Coolant Fan Bolt (LT4) 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Engine Coolant Manifold Bolt (LT1, LT4) 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

Thank you all for the assistance. Do you all think I need a longer bolt if I add a bracket to one of the bolts? The bracket is like 1/4 inch. I suppose I can go to a lower store and get a longer bolt for piece of mind.
