Now can they show one with Pirelli P-Zero's?

The average person needs to know this is a 6Cyl, and, not the 20 inch stock tires. (at least as far as I can tell these are not Pirelli's)

And I believe that the higher torque on the SS makes a difference as well.

YMMV

Everyone knows you don't drive the P-zeros in freezing weather. And there is a reason these cars have tracton control, for those that can't control the throttle. It does not take a lot of torque to spin the tires in snow...There are many on here that drive their SS in the winter by switching tires.

Great driving like that only happens to professional drivers in commercials . The privilege of having open space as you said, with no one around, and lastly you can damn near exceed any speed limit you want. I'm so jealous. Lol !!

I would never abuse it like that! Can you imagine the amount of time to clean that thing up?

It's about the corrosive road salt that sticks to the wheels and undercarriage afterwords. No thanks.

I've been driving a 2003 Durango with 1 leg (2wd w/open differential) for the last 10 years in Missouri winters. I'm actually looking forward to the Camaro as an upgrade.

Drove my r-spec Genesis all winter last year except for a few days when it was too deep and ground clearance was an issue. I also spent almost 3 g on tires and rims to do it though. The main reason I'm not driving the 1LE over the winter is the 3/4" rocks that seem to pass for sand on the roads around here, well that and the fact I'd rip my splitter off on the first unplowed intersection may have something to do with it too lol.

I've been driving manual transmission cars since 77, and I feel that being able to feather the clutch makes all the difference in the world. Traction control is whipped cream on the sundae.

I posted the video because I think it looks like fun. I have done that with a Fiero in the empty local college parking lot about 25 years ago. Now that was fun. But I wouldn't think of taking the Camaro and doing that. It has to last me the rest of my life.... I've spent 40 years driving all sorts of vehicles in the snow (including 2 second gen Camaros) but since I'm retired now I have no real reason to drive anything in the snow unless its an emergency...
