Talk to BeckyD@RodgersChevrolet (she is on the forums if you have never talked to her)... She has a White M6 and a Automatic Pace Car. Her white car is her baby but i had the oppertunity to drive her pace car a week ago at the Rodgers Car Show. She has QTP Cutout exhaust tips, a Pedders "Track Car" suspension, Cold Air Inductions CAI, and Livernois Tune.... I will tell you, opening the tips (for the sound) and putting the car in M/Sport Mode (but not using the paddles) the way the car was tuned.... made me 100% rethink my stand on Manual Vs Automatic.... i was literally amazed at what the car could do. and thats without 1/2 the mods people on here have done to their L99's

That's a real heartbreaker man... I hate to hear it, but I understand how you feel.

I bought a brand new 05 G6 after my hand-me-down minivan was stolen and gutted. Then the G6 was stolen about a year later and I had such a horrible experience getting the G6 back... I was literally on the lot of the dealer about 10 seconds away from buying a new G6 coupe when I called the insurance to make sure the G6 was written off and they said, "Oh no don't buy it, we found yours 3 days ago". Awesome... thanks.

Long story short it took me ages to get it back and I felt so horribly violated I couldn't stand the sight of another G6 and I just wanted that car gone. I really loved it before that and eventually got into an 06 G6 GTP and I'm very glad I did. Got a great sale out of that to be able to buy my Camaro now. Just give it some time and you'll be itching for the auto

Slacker, I'm driving an A6 cause I did't want to deal with a clutch anymore. You need to reconsider the automatic. I use the tap shift most of the time. As you can see below I've done a few mods. This car purs around town and is a beast when I put my foot in it. It's my daily driver. These A6 cars really perform when you do a tune on the transmission and turn off the AFM. Get the auto

I have the auto V6 and test drove the L99 the other day... I know the LS3 is a blast, but you will not be un-happy with the auto! Like others said, play with those paddle shifts, and you might feel right back at home. Sorry you had to lose it. Good luck!
