The new Supra from what I read will be co-developed with BMW and will be more of a GTR/Z06 competitor. Too pricey to be a direct competitor with the Camaro. I am more interested to see what comes of the new Challenger/Barracuda which will be built on the Alfa Romeo Giulia chassis. Regardless 2017 should be a great year with I would think an updated Mustang, 1LE version of the Gen6, Challenger, etc.

Not to thread jack, but is anyone considering trading in their Camaro for a Smart Car? Just curious.

More! The only reason I didn't buy one was price. I was definitely a fan since the 1st turbo 6. In fact, I was a fan of the Celica and one of my 1st cars was a '69 Corona. The last (MkIV, I guess) was just one of the most beautiful cars I'd ever seen and remains so today.

The Supra priced itself out of the market. For a few years afterwards you could special order one, but they weren't advertised and dealers did not keep any in stock.
The concept looks like it has a front end with a dildo attached to it, IMO. |

The FT1 is going to be Nissan GTR money or better. It is not going to be competing with the Camaro for customers.

Toyota makes a very good car. The Camry is a great car for the money. But a Toyota Supra will never be a Camaro, the Camaro is just cooler and always will because of it's place in automotive history. it's gonna be a quick sporty car that is for sure.

Supra would be a great car as long as Toyota doesn't mess it up like the RC-F. Not near the price range of a Camaro, not even the Z28
