This June will be 5 years for me! I want a new one but put to much time and $$$$ in this one! Can't do it! Good to see so many others are like this too!

I guess I may be considered an early bird. Purchased 12/5/2009. Still have it, still loving every minute I am in it. Nothing new has been offered on the newer models that I have wanted or "needed".

Hey all,

I've mentioned it in the past, but it is back on page 12 or something, so I figured I'd throw it out the again. Ironically, about the time my R6P car left me, I set the group up. It never really took of because I didn't know how to promote that it was out there, or folks simply aren't interested in sharing.

I'd still like to see the stories there of where these cars ended up and what their fate's are.

At this point in time, after almost 6 years and 500,000 5gen Camaros built, I think any '09 build
can be considered an early build. I for one had to wait for the delayed Summit White to be released
before I could order mine. (built 8/4/09).
First 10% equals early build imo.

Woo! I make the cut then. I still need to go pull up the carpet to check for RP6. At this point, I'm just enjoying having an early low mileage SS while I plan up and save for mods even if I'm the second owner.

I am quickly approaching 6 years, build #16954. Still looks like new, only 32k miles. I mostly troll the site now and don't contribute much. Looking forward to see what the 2016 model brings.

Bought mine as soon as I got home from my honeymoon. Also, here's a trivia tidbit, remember when Avis got about 500 or early build car before we did? I drove off in one of those at my wedding!

I also remember 50 IOM SS' s being shipped to a parade in TX while my order sat. I was slightly less than pleased.
