A 98-02 LS1 F Body could get away from an inexperienced driver and they start at 5k or so.

A 97-00 LS1 Vette start at 10k

A 04 GTO 10k

A 04 /05 CTSV 12k

Lots of cheap horsepower that might be too much for a beginner and thats just the Generals offerings.

I understand what you're driving at, but when those cars loose it it's usually because the driver it trying much harder than what happen to this guy. Of course you can loose it in any car. The higher the power without increased skill set equates to a higher probably of failure.
