I think the fastest stock Gen 5 V6 was RacerGirl who hit 13.9 @100

Exhaust systems, except for catless mid pipes and catbacks are dead since now I think the exhaust ports are even more integrated than the old V6.
The Camaro V6 has never really had a lack of HP, where it lacks is torque. If the torque can be brought up to 300+ it would be great. 300lbs of torgue with 335hp in a 3400lb car backed with a 6 speed manual would be a hot set up and you would still get almost 30mpg. You would have a low to mid 13 sec car.

A few bolt ons and a looser converter and a A8 V6 is going to be low 13s. I'm impressed!

Yea this is crazy it wasn't but a few years back 13's were the norm for the average muscle car.

You mean a 1ss 5th gen will have to worry. (Like I said months ago)
Thats a big stretch.

Dont know if the car you saw was manual or auto, but stock 1LE are 108-111 mph. Thats way more than 103. If you cant do better than 13.3 in a 1LE, you are officially a bad driver. Its an easy 12.9-13.0 car with a 2k launch, almost off idle.

A big stretch? Not even close. A auto 5th gen SS will have all it can handle from a v6 6th gen. I never once mentioned the 1le but I could have been more clear on which trans/engine on the 1ss. Hell even the average ls3 5th gen driver cant launch or bang gears and would probably be surprised by a auto v6 on the street from a redlight.
