A Couple Questions for Tuners

I have just a few simple "wants", however, I'm not necessarily familiar with tuners such as Diablo, HP or similar, as well when is there interaction needed between me and a tuning professional.

All I potentially want to do is -
  • Eliminate AFM
  • Increase throttle sensitivity
  • Change tranny up / down shift RPMs based on drivers mode tour, sport, track -I'd rather not have to always use the paddles in low load cruising, I want the instant torque and the auto to be an auto.
As far as transmission tables and the torque converter, If I decide to tune and my TC fails, I'd like to know what a new and better torque converter, with install, and tune would generally cost? 2K -3K?

Just weighing options... thanks in advance.

Hello,

AFM off is standard in all JRE custom tunes.

For transmission support you must use HPtuners which we carry.

Throttle response is improved through torque management reduction.

Transmission shift points can be altered to your liking, once you have the device you can adjust them as you see fit.

I provide the first tune free with purchase of the tuning equipment, and you can build on it from there.

Ted.

Damn. That is a smoking deal! If I didn't already own HPT, and have a 2.0t, I'd jump all over that one!

Yes sir it is, although there are some restrictions.

Thank you
