Stumbling and poor idle
I've posted previously on this issue, but hoping to get some definitive feedback before going to dealer. I'm definitely one of those protectionist owners that doesn't want anyone touching my car, especially for no good reason. If my concern is normal, I'll leave well enough alone.
My question is this, does your car have a throttle stumble / cylinder miss type idle before fully warmed up? A yes or no is all I'm really looking for.... Last edited by Chutzpah; 09-13-2017 at 09:36 PM. |

mine does this, yes. only at idle, I've not noticed it at any sort of driving.
just does have 2k on the odo. I've noticed it more since it's been turning colder. once it's warmed up, I don't notice it much at all. |

The day I picked up my Camaro I noticed this too. I was quite unnerved because it seemed to do it all the time, however the salesman giving me the walkthrough showed me a photo of him and his 2016 Camaro and said his did the same thing, and that it was the nature of the beast.
After my first fillup with 93 however, the problem became only noticeable on cold starts at idle. So I believe whats described above is just how these cars are, when fed good gas. |
