2017 Camaro 2SS 2nd Cat Delete

I just got it done, with a before and after video and let me tell you it is totally worth it!! The sound quality has improved greatly! I get more gurgles and pops during downshifts.

The whole process took about 30 minutes.

Sounds really nice. This is the first thing I wanted to get done but dealer told me it would void my warranty so I will have to wait.

Is there any drone at all? Highway speed, low rpms?

The only warranty it should void is the exhaust warranty, which shouldn't be a big deal. No drone, I pulled fuse 51 so flaps are always open, but you can still hold a conversation with someone, listen to music without having to worry about overwhelming cabin noise. I definitely recommend you do it brotha!

It would probably depend on the dealer, but this should be correct. The secondary cats aren't monitored, so they don't really have any effect on anything. I assume they are only on their to meet California emissions standards or something like that.

Also, that sounds really good! I keep going back and forth on doing this on my car.

No warranty issues here. Surrounded when I pulled in for last free oil change.

Any check engine came out? Do you think I could do the same to my Stingray (same engine)? You say no warranty issue?

Thank you! I definitely recommend it! The noise it makes when downshifting turns people's heads! And the gurgles and pops makes it a lot more fun!

No check engine light, the only way you'll throw a code is if you mess with the primary cats (don't touch those, unless you are planning on tuning, which voids warranty) No warranty issues, the only thing voided would be the exhaust warranty which isn't no big deal. Not too familiar with the corvette, but I found this,

Any chance you can post a video with a stealth mode cold start up? I want to get my exhaust a bit louder, but want to retain the relatively quiet cold start ups I have now when leaving my complex very early in the morning

One of the best mod I did on mine. I also did a Rotofab CAI dry filter with sound tube delete and pulled fuse 51. These 3 mods all added up to a great sounding car. I would still like to get more pops especially after the car is warmed up. Might have to get that done with a tune once I put it back on the road in the springs.
