splash guards painted?

Are the splash guards painted and clear coated on the outside? Also are they painted the same color on the inside? Just trying to decide if I should put them on my car. I don't think they look bad, just want the color to match.

The molded GM splash guards are painted to the car color (pre-painted when you buy them). The front ones are painted all over, the rear ones are not painted on the "wheel" side, the inside color is black. I just put mine on Sunday, I think they look really good, look like the car came from the factory that way. Install took about 45 mins for all 4, and you don't have to take off the wheels.
