Forgive my ignorance but what is the point of this?

There is a setting in the mylink system that lets you keep NPP in track mode 100% of the time......

It's not 100% of the time. Pulling the fuse is if you don't mind the drone..

I pulled the fuse with 3 miles on the car and it's never going back in. No drone either with the Range device plugged in. V8 all the time.

So plzzzz tell me what Range FW version?? Did you have to send it in? I kept mine from 5th gEn, mine has v1.4 but I'm scared to plug it in my 6th gen, heard they were not working for 6th gen.

No idea what firmware version. I told them I had a 16 SS and that is what I needed it for. No problems at all.

It's not who, its the desire to want to hear it. I want to hear it all the time, this is why I enjoy the fuse pull.

I pulled the fuse on mine for one day. I do hear a little bit of a difference in the overall tone of the exhaust during city driving. To me it sounded more throaty, maybe 10-15% better. I did put the fuse back the next day since I like having the option to have the choice of the driving modes. it's preference I guess. My girl didnt even notice anything of course.
