All these codes, where do I begin...

hey guys, so I recently just got a lot of work done...
Prior to my latest mods, I was already:
headers, CAI, ported stock TB, ported stock IM, e85...
Long story short, I cracked a rod/piston as well as had to replace my wiring harness after an explosion occurred attempting to spray nitrous, so during the rebuild, I went ahead and upgraded the following:
SS4 GPI cam, forged rods/pistons, ported heads...
The car has been sitting for 4 months during the rebuild, and I finally got my tune applied recently, however, the car is giving the following codes on my HP tuner:

P0106 - Manifold Absolute Pressure/BARO Sensor Range/Performance (permanent)
P0420 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) (permanent)
P0430 - Catalyst System Efficency Below Threshold (Bank 2) (permanent)
P2101 - (permanent)
P2535 - (permanent)

The thing is, we have tried multiple different MAP sensors and MAF sensors as well as changed the stock throttle body out in place of the ported TB and these codes remain...

The car idles but almost stalls out... i've driven it but it almost stalls out when at a light and just runs overall pretty rough... it currently has a mix of e85 and 93 gas in it...

Is anyone familiar with any of these codes and where we should look to correct them?

My first guess would be that you have a vacuum leak...

Most sound advice is try to find a good engine tune shop that has good success with GM based mods. It may be costly but the amount of time and money already invested it would be worth it. Than any damage to the valve train heads or pistons to keep it running as is. Especially with a new build.

p0420 and p0430 should have been turned off in the tune. did you tie back and heat tape wrap the wires under the coolant reservoir. you could have burned those if you didnt.

Give Vengeance a call. They are up the road in Cumming. Maybe Mike can put it on the dyno and determine which of the codes are tune related and which are due to installation issues.

The cat codes were turned off in the tune but they still show up so must be getting triggered by something else.
