Finally!
Finally found the right car for a smokin price and pulled the trigger. A black 2019 6 speed.
Question: There are 2 small black boxes affixed to the inside of each door. The boxes each have 3 AA batteries in them. What the hell are they? P.S. I bought the car from a Porsche dealership. |

I don’t know what they are. Mine doesn’t have anything like that on the doors.

Some cheesy looking aftermarket crap this is... my bet it's either a puddle light or an anti-theft device, but then AA batteries in either, seriously? I'd get rid of it no matter what.

Probably one of those things that shows the Chevy logo or something on the ground when you open the door? Most exotics and even "regular" cars have that these days (But built in).

I would call the salesman at the Porsche dealership where you bought the car and ask if he knows what those things are on your doors!

That is a puddle light. You can change out the batteries to see exactly what the light looks like. I would remove them since they look like crap!
