JANNETTY RACING CAM PACKAGE + MAGNUSON HEARTBEAT & ARH LT AND EXHAUST

Many of you have already seen the Magnuson Header build here.

http://www.camaro6.com/forums/showth...ight=HEARTBEAT

Well it is back for our Rough Idle blower cam package, smaller pulley, fuel system upgrades, flex fuel sensor, and tuning.

1, Cam coming out
2 New cam in
3 Phase limiter installed
4 shot of the parts shelf

This is a daunting task compared to the Gen 5 cars, Man we got spoiled LOL

I will keep you posted at the project progresses.

Ted.

Looking at the picks why does the oil pan need to be dropped? Also if you did drop the pan, did you have to remove the K member? Thanks

Front cradle and rack need to be removed just to get the balancer off on the Vette.

Same engine so no on the pan

Hit a little bump in the road the head gasket are wrong new ones came in today or the heads would have been back on yesterday but still had plenty of other things to do to keep us busy on this project.

That depends if one used an electric impact or not LOL

We chose to take every step as it should be done therefore it can take us longer than some will argue it can be done in.

This is not a pit stop.

Our focus is on perfection and long term durability so many steps are taken that most don't even know exist.

Everything about this car is more difficult and time consuming than the previous generation.

I would estimate about 24-30 hours of labor.

This car has a supercharger and headers on it which had to be removed and Re-installed which adds significant time to the job, I expect we will be 36 hours total with all that we changed and added.

We still have an intank pump to do.

Ted.
