HID bulb replacement

My driver side headlight is starting to turn a pink color as of today . How long will it last before it goes out completely ? Also what’s the average cost a dealer charges to change the light bulbs on a 2ss ? I’m debating between taking it to a dealer or just doing it myself which I really don’t feel like doing unless it is going to save me $100 bucks or so. Most of the lights I see are going for 90-100 a pair anyway .

I for one bought a pair of 5500K Morimotos from the screaming chickens and will replace the bulbs myself when the time comes. Figuring I can always crawl in embarrassment back to the dealership afterwards in case I mess up

Not sure about how long they'll last, but base labor time looks like about 0.4 hours per bulb, so likely will be a minimum of $40 for labor depending on your dealership's labor rates.
