Either one of the following:

1 - There is something tied into the headlight/halo harness connecting to the headlight. The halo should not come on during the day. There are two connectors: 1 for the headlight/halo (check this one), and 1 for the turn signal (not this one).

2 - You have a problem with the BCM (body control module)

Not sure if you bought the car new or used.
