ZL1 no more...
Well it was a nice ride, but I went back to the vette. Traded in on an 18' ZO6 carbon 65.

If I didn't need the room, I would be back in a Z06. However, the technology and setup of the ZL-1 seems more modern than the Z06 already. JMHO

Can you share your initial thoughts on the Z06? I think many members have crossed shopped both cars or previously owned a Corvette before a Camaro. Both seem to have their strong points. The Carbon edition looks great!

Hey. I haven't been up in Michigan ! Weard though, huh! I really haven't driven it since I got the car last Friday. It hasn't stopped raining here! As far as a ZO6 goes it's basically a different car that does the same thing but in a different way. Corvettes have a different driving style though. Does that make sense? This is my third ZO6 and has to be a "keeper" due to retirement in a few. I figured I have to get one now or probably won't. I have had several camaros over the years and the ZL1 was the best of them all. The carbon 65 is #165, cool #!

Very nice ride.
Congratulations. Carbon edition... Agreed, could end being a rare machine. Although with all this electrifying of cars now a days I think our fossil fueled monsters will become rare quicker than we think... |
