'20 A10 LT4 redline and rev limit (?)
My 10-sp is short shifting at 5500-6000 rpm in both track and sport modes (I'll try it this morning in tour) on the 1/2 shift and sometimes 2/3 shift.
Maximum LT4 HP is at 6400 rpm so I naturally assume a good shift point is around 6600 rpm. Who else here has had this short shift/rev limit issue and how did you solve it?

How many miles are on the car? I don't think GM has any kind of HP or RPM limiters built into the Camaros, but they do on the C8's. I think you have to hit like 500 miles to get the max HP from them or something like that.

Short shifting the 1-2 and a bit on the 2-3 usually makes you faster, especially cars with fat torque curves and aggressive gearing. They are set like that from the factory

1800 miles
My experience is that shifting at or just beyond max hp is best.

JSH, I wonder if the tune you have might be causing the situation you are experiencing since your ZL1 is modded.

Probably because your trans tune is stock but your engine tune is modified. I don't think you can tune the TCM(I know for fact on the SS not sure on the ZL1) in the 2020+ since GM switched to the T93 controller. So the only thing you can do is manually shift it if you want to shift higher.
