Looking for a remote tune and help
Who do you guys recommend to do some remote tuning ?
I did long tube headers, I have a rotofab intake waiting to be installed. Car threw a MAF code and I replaced it and still have the code with that being said I’m wondering if a tune would fix it or I throw the stock manifolds back on and take it in |

You will need a tune with headers. Otherwise you will throw codes, are leaving HP on the table and risk running too lean...which can lead to big trouble. Not a fan of remote tunes, far more efficient to pay for a quality dyno/Street tune. But many of the top shops offer remote tunes for simple mods like headers. Try Vengeance Racing in Cumming, Georgia.

Disagree...remote tunes from a tuner that knows what he is doing is far better then a Dyno/Street tune from somebody that'd doesn't know Gen5. Most fall Into the latter category.
Hit Pray Performance or GPI up for a remote tune if you do not have a reputable tuner close. They both have several 10 second remote tuned NA bolt-on cars out in the wild.

Um, I did not say chose a dyno/steet tune from an incompetent shop over a remote tune, did I? I suggested contacting Vengeance about a remote tune nevertheless. They are as good as it gets.

You said you were not a fan of remote tunes...lol
Gen 5 small blocks are what reside in the engine bay of the 6th gen platform. I agree Vengeance is good.

You need a tune, those codes wont go away until you get one due to the headers.
I would call any one of these guys: -PRAY Performance -Ted @ Jannetty Racing -Anyone that PRAY tells you to use if they are not able to take the project on -Vengance Racing
