No misconception, a big part of it was the 900 miles it had on it. I doubt you'd see that again.

Wow...

Ok. Simi Valley Chevrolet has a handful of them in stock at $7000-7500 off MSRP right now.

^^^ Exactly. The car was a demo for 900 miles, so the dealer was a good guy and gave him an extra 4k off. Buying it fresh off the transport for 12k off sticker isn't going to be a thing unless you're the dealer's mistress's hush money rep.

100% agree... I have no issue with that and I stated it from the top. No way would I have got the good with a car that was right off the truck. To me, didn't matter because I drive the snot out of it and the warranty started at that 900 mile mark. It wasn't a demo, but it did have a life as a show car lol...

BIG part of it was the 900 miles they put on it...

Even by your math I'm over $10k...

You are using a sheet that is specific to your state. It is very difficult to read without seeing the full Breakdown. You are showing a quarter of the contract. The structure & breakdowns are different in California. Are you willing to block out your your personal information and leave the rest of the contract in tact?

Well, I'm happy you're driving it! Too many of these (and Vettes) are garage queens.

Happy to share it with you personally, yes bud. PM me if you like. I'd like to keep as much PII out of the web as possible lol...

The sheet is state specific and can be difficult to read for sure, and CA rules are much different.

Like I said before it was right place at the right time (and the right car with the miles). Keep in mind also that when this was bought many dealers had them at 8-9k off, so the extra isn't a huge stretch and I think they wanted it gone (I was happy to oblige for the right price).

GA discounts were pretty huge then. With the warmer weather now, that is quite different. I think you'd be in the later part of the year to get close again.

THANKS man! You and me both lol.

I've have several vettes, and all of them have been driven as engineered too. I totally agree, way to many babied cars out there! On the flip side, when I look for a used vette I look for the chrome louvers and stuck on crap. You can be sure that the dude that puts louvers on the tail lights of a Corvette does not drive it hard (or in the rain). Love them!

This 1LE is far and away the best car I've ever had. SO MUCH better than the Z51 I traded. VERY happy with it.

Not a '18. Maybe a '17. '17's are going for $93k-$96k right now. Then again, I wanted a track edition so. At first, the Nismo. But after shopping for damn nearly 6 months for '17's, I realized I didn't want to get a '17 as the '19's are about to come out. Didn't want a 2 yr old car technically. Anyhow, I'm over it already. Looking at GT350's right now as a 2nd car.

Talk about unreliable...The 350 is pretty much a guaranteed blown engine if you do any kind of tracking. Oil issues, trans issues...The list goes on. I would avoid it myself.
