Could be a Barton too. Maybe this will help, here is a link to their conversion kits

The knob was from EPCO. The first knob they sent me did not go all the way down, and had the retaining screw on the wrong side. They took it back and reworked the adapter and it fit perfectly. You need to make sure you get the right shift pattern for your car (V8 versus V6). I also had them add the "SS" on the sides of the ball.

Interesting. I'm totally not interested in the shift pattern on the ball...I know where the gears are...

Geeze,
I'm hoping someone comes out with something besides the cue ball and pistol grip style. I really would want to get a nice aftermarket knob, but something more to my taste that reflects the modern muscle of the 6th gen. I have been looking at TWM https://www.twmperformance.com/shift-knobs They are pricey, and I would want to ensure that their adapter works, and it doesn't rattle or transmit vibrations.

I'm thinking of trying this to see if it works: https://www.speeddawg.com/non-thread...ter-kit-black/

Speed Dawg sells their shift knobs with an option for 2016 Camaro adapter, and I'm wondering if that's it.

Nice find - let us know if you confirm it's the right one. I'm gonna inquire with TWM and find out what they use and confirm on fitment. I really like this one from their site:

Just finished chatting with TWM
Stated that the non-threaded adapter on this page is the correct one for 2016/17 Camaro SS:

https://www.twmperformance.com/shift...t-knob-adapter

It comes with purchase of knob, only works with TWM knobs.

Hopefully this helps - I may be ordering one. They have nice weighted options.

Yeah I mentioned speed dawg as one of the go to places in the s second post. Been back and forth through speed dawg, twisted shifter, hurst, MGW etc. Not a ton of options but a few

Found a solution that fit my needs. Reused my TWM M1 Abrams with reverse ring cut out (came from my old WRX) with the Barton threaded adapter, works great and actually lowered the shifter height.

Put the Hurst in last weekend along with a sick Speed shift knob. All I can say is WOW what an improvement! The car is that much more fun to drive now. Took me about 4hrs to do here in the garage.
