Chevy customer assistance will actually do something. Not sure WHAT, but you have the best pull within 30 days, after which they have difficulty giving you anything because of tax laws etc.

My gut feeling is an impatient jump. To buy so far away and then take delivery when the lo-jack has not been installed knowing it would be a 5 hour drive just seems odd to me.

Financial Manager called, supposedly to take care of the situation. 2 hours later the salesman called almost crying. saying he was really sorry, problems at the house. blah blah blah. He said he couldnt lose his job for something so small and continued apologizing.

And yet! I havent reached a conclusion on the Lojack.

What conclusion... you don't have lojac on your car THE END. Stop dragging your feet and get your money back while they are still apologizing .
