Have a professional discussion with the Sales Manager or the General Manager of the dealership. If they don't call you back, go see them in person and/or write them a letter. I had an issue with a dealer's service department once and I wrote a letter to the owner of the dealership and it resulted in them refunding all of my money and apologizing for the bad service. Give them that chance. They ARE responsible for the way their employee's behave, to a certain degree, but you have to let them have the opportunity to correct the issue. Sounds like they have a bad employee. You should be able to get some results and if you do not, calmly but firmly escalate it. Publishing the name of the dealership itself, before their senior management has a chance to correct the issue, is probably not very fair.

It was Munday Chevrolet in Houston Texas, if anyone is considering buying from them.
Just be careful. I wouldnt want anyone from my own community going through this.

100% agree , go and talk to the manager in person and allow him the opprotunity to fix the problem.

Send a message via AIM to FenwickHockey65
Dealer employees are not employed by Chevrolet or General Motors.

Talk to his manager.

I would do less talking about this here and more talking about this to them. Your not helping your cause here. Your best leverage is them trying to help you to reduce damage control. If you have already crushed them in public, not so much incentive for them to help you.

Dealerships don't care and rarely does GM after you buy the vehicle. They are in business to sell cars, once they make the sale you ain't $hit.

Call and email dealer manager\owner. Other than that, the salesman already got his or in better words didn't. He sent you that email because of the poor review and in return he didn't make his commission hence the nasty email. Speak with the hire ups and enjoy your new truck. Don't let a bad word ruin it. Plus you said its far away so its not like you'll be driving by to check and see if he's still working there. You might never know so move on. Bigger issue in life my friend.

But yes, I would be one pissed off pendejo as well.

Amen to that. Post up the name and location of the salesman and dealership. Call your local newspaper or news station and tell them about what happened. Countless stories have been brought to the forefront about shady dealerships and salesman. Put them all on blast. They only care about money and public perception. Put them on blast and they'll lose both.
