The ZL1 might not be the fastest car in it's segment, but it is definitely not slow by any means... Furthermore, the Z will easily destroy 99% of the cars it encounters on the street, and look pretty damn good while doing it. Seems like a win in my book, whether it can take a 13 Shelby or not... |

since youre so versed in sae ratings, what do they (sae certifiers) say about the overrev feature on the GT500? and how does that affect the ratings?? links? is it at all possible the 662hp rating is at the designated "redline" and the "overrev" rpm range isnt part of the sae certification since its technically limited?? sources please. |

^^Cool vid, thanks.
Can't wait to see one of these things lowered with another set of wheels. Would love to see a set of Forgestar F14's on this thing... |

the shelby has ran 12's in the wrong hands. But a quick search for the ZL1 side and youll find that one vid with the guy running mid 13's in the zl1.

- You're not mistaken - However the low 12 run is the exception - not the norm. Almost all runs are in the 11.6 - 11.8 range. And if one that did run low 12's were to go up others running mid 11's, it would be about 5 lengths behind. It would certainly look "Not as FAST" compared to them. How's that?
