Sounds like MRC is made for you. Wish I could ditch my aftermarket coilover set and do MRC on my fifth gen. People have been lowering on MRC for years. Would seem to mess with the calculations of computer but I dont have any data.

MRC is great but it's made for street performance. There are better options for a track first vehicle.

I am 100% for MRC street or track. No way I would buy an aftermarket track suspension for a car that's my daily driver. ZR1, Z07 use chevy MRC, good enough for me.
