Raced a kitty!
Ok soooo I went to the track and raced my friends Hellcat and the results where very interesting. I am in an M6 obviously and he has an A8. So of the bat Im at a disadvantage, but oh well. I got him off the the line about 1.5 car lengths, but he started to walk me down. That top end on the kitty is NO JOKE, I would know as I had one prior to my Z. In the 1/4 it WILL be a drivers race, once we get to a half mile its a different story.

Well, kitty has a 2.3L S/C and ZL1 has a 1.7L S/C. That alone should make a difference.

LOL! You guys are funny! Let me give you a general idea of the situation. Where I live is a long private road that stretches almost 1.5 miles. We decided to take our cars there just to see what they can do. Mind you they both are new, so results may vary once they are broken in. Once the race started(dig) I got the jump by about 1.5 car lengths, once we got about 100 it was was neck and neck. But I seen him slowly pulling away when we hit about 130. If we were at a strip, its a drivers race all day long. But as I said anything past the quarter is no bueno for the Z vs the kitty!
