$150 E85 harness was a success!

Ended doing things a little different, once I have time I'll be doing a full right up with before and after time slips etc. FBO 16 A8 shaved 2.5 tenths by doing a cheap $150 E85 self made kit. Some of you know me from camaro5 I don't BS more make up stuff.

I hope you plan to do just E85 now, the bug in the OS hates flex fuel setups.

Sledge there isn't a bug. I'm running FF just fine. I don't know what happened when that claim was made but they were incorrect.

What do you mean by that? Just learning about the e85 fuel flex, but price of plug in cord reminds me of Direct TV pirate box in regards to cost, first I see 400-450 and now I see 150. I hope he does a write up, slopers is good, but I video would be nice...... hint hint

The $400 one is a complete kit with all the piping and connectors and electrical connections ready to go.

That kit uses a sensor that is also available on its own for about $150.

If you are prepared to put in a bit of extra leg work you can just buy the sensor and sort out all the connections yourself, how easy that is it looks like someone is about to share.

Senor is $47.20 to be exact once I get back in town I'll post part numbers that your local dealer carries in stock.

I will have him text me pics. Currently out of town for work.
Will post part#s for the sensor alone is $47.20 plus tax. We used better upgraded fittings and hoses again $150-$155 total price spent.
