What I am wondering is, just where did you get the idea that an LT1 Camaro with a heads/cam/manifold/headers/tune job should be making 650 rear wheel hp? Did the shop tell you that?

different strokes for different folks I guess. I love fi. massive midrange tq and top end pull.

I especially love the fact that it isn't something you typically bolt on and then drive for the next 10 years. I do not want to be done moding my car. when i am done moding it is time to sell.

i spent about $6500 on my turbo set up. all name brand parts. i built it from scratch and it is good for well over 1200hp. think about all the fun i am going to have working my way up to that number. i hope it take me a few years to grow into that.

that being said i am really impressed at the et's people are getting with mild na combos.

dropped a valve in the 6.2. now running a drop in rods and piston 5.3
