I would wait. Let the economy continue to tank. If you're still in the position to buy a 2SS a few months from now, then try searching again at that point. There will be plenty used Camaros in the market by then when people can no longer afford them or need to sell for some extra cash.

2SS, No. But I have seen a couple of 1SS cars in the $19K-20K range. Before all this happened I was helping a buddy look for a 1SS on a budget. He wanted something to turn into a track car. He found a 2016 1SS manual up in Milwaukee from a private seller for $19,500 with 74K miles.

Car is pretty nice except for needing brakes and tires and a few marks on the rear bumper where someone clearly didn't know how to park. If that is what you are looking for, the cars are out there.

I wouldn't expect to find a 2SS in good condition for under $25K.
