Video is common knowledge. You shouldn't be staring at part of your doors in the side mirrors.
It doesn't help with parking very much though. Parking it front end, you can never tell where it is and clearance is bad with the splitter. You can back it in using the side mirrors and rear view but it's kind of a PITA compared to cars that don't have a mail slot rear view mirror.

Driving normally around town and freeway, visibility is fine to me although the front windshield is short if you're taller.

Wow, great video. It's amazing how many people can't properly adjust a mirror, or even the seat.

Great video, I made one a year ago. I need to invest in a curb alert system. I’m always afraid of smacking my front end when I pull in somewhere. I try to back into places.

I ALWAYS back in (except where not possible due to lane direction constraints or traffic flow).

I'm hyper-careful when pulling in front-first and am not too proud to get out of the car to check clearance before pulling further in. The underside of the front of my car under the splitter is still pristine after 34K miles.

Rear tire is easy to gauge.. as you can see it in side mirror.. front.. not so much as you can't reliably tell where its pointed.. until crunch, there goes another chunk of paint.

guess if you parallel park enough times, you learn to gauge sight lines on rear camera as reference so you can sort know if front is inline or pointing out.
