Here’s a link to the Russell’s on eBay - part no. 639630. These are a 2 pack and are stainless steel check valves. You’ll need 4. CarID combines shipping cost so they’re ~$65 a set delivered.

Another option is RCA garage. I’ve used them several times for dBA rotors….good prices and great service. They have the Russell’s for $10.99 per pack with $5 ground shipping so $48.96 all in.

I have doubts with the Russell bodies being stainless steel. Anybody have an actual picture of the 639630? The pictures above show anodized (or zinc chromate) bleeders not stainless. While it is possible to anodize stainless, I doubt Russell would go the extra step for minimal gain. Stainless alone will provide a big increase in corrosion protection.

On Russells site, they only call out the check ball as stainless not the body.

Yea they look plated not stainless most likely going with the speed bleeder brand.

There used to be 2 versions, lower cost plated steel and pricier stainless version.

Part numbers vary based on length and thread pitch mostly. This is my collection of spares - I'd have to check thread pitch to see what I have here.

Not stainless...the internals are stainless according to their website. Factory ones are definitely not stainless. They appear to be some sort of cheesy potmetal.

BTW, these do fit the SS 1LE. The fitment feels a bit snug at first, like they don't fit, but they do.
