P015B - O2 Sensor Delayed Response after Headers

I keep getting P015B and a MIL after installing headers and tuning. Its bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor delayed response. Have any of you guys gotten this? If so, how have you dealt with it?

I don't have any drivability issues and no other codes. I haven't ruled out the O2 sensor being damaged during the header install. I thought I would ask here before dropping $100 on a new one if nothing is wrong with it. There's also the possibility that my old man put too much anti-seize on it during the install (few beers in at that point and wasn't watching him super close). I'm pretty sure I don't have an exhaust leak as I have inspected and retorqued everything twice since installation.

As far as tuning, I have messed with the airflow integrator delay and proportional band, but that hasn't helped at all. I'm pretty close to just disabling the code and calling it a day.

After typing this up, I realized I could swap bank 1 and 2 sensors and see if the error moves with it and confirm or rule out bad O2 sensor, so that will be my next step.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Replying here in case someone else gets the code.

Pressured up my exhaust and found a leak at the driver's side header clamp (the one between the header and connection pipe). Removed the clamp and reinstalled it with Permatex 80335 Muffler and Tailpipe Sealer and the code is gone.
