I have a doubt.
I have purchased the original Chevrolet Air Performance Intake kit, and in the instructions there are indications that the vehicle must be reprogrammed for this kit, and even an official service code which includes the installation by Chevrolet.
Do you know if reprogramming is necessary?.

No reason not to get the re-programming since the cost of it is included in the price of the intake, it's done at your local Chevrolet dealer, and has no effect on your warranty.

I think the issue is that AKI.SILES is in Spain and probably doesn’t have good access to a GM dealer that is skilled at programming the re-tune.

There are quite a few official Chevrolet services, but yes, I have doubts about whether they will know how to do it, the closest to my residence is Madrid, but Barcelona or Puerto Banús are more specialized. I will approach Puerto Banús in the Jet Set area and in that official service they work with a lot of top-of-the-range vehicles, so I take advantage of vacations and do tourism. The bad thing is that it is 550km from where I live and that they are quite expensive, probably due to the place, although I will ask prices before the installation and thus not lose the guarantee.
Thanks to all for your contributions, you have helped to clear the doubt.
Regards

Ok, not DIRECTLY F1FTY related. However, we WILL be taking the F1FTY over this road, and through the canyons that lead into Estes Park, CO, next month. I'll be sure to get video of that trip and post it.

Trail Ridge Road

BTW, anyone have any issues with their Blind Spot Monitoring not working above 11,000'? During this drive the Jeep's BSM asked me to wipe off the sensors even tho' there wasn't anything on them. I'm guessing the air density had something to do with it.

That's odd, I've never been near 11K feet.

Cool video. Does the GoPro do that overlay natively?

And like Heath said never been that high in altitude in a vehicle.

I use a GoPro Hero5 Black. It has GPS built-in and when using the GoPro App you can overlay a whole host of things, including a G-Force gauge.

BTW, I’m typically running between 6000’ - 7200’ above sea level. So what’s another 3000’ - 4000’.

Very cool. Didn’t know it could do that. I’ve still been trying to find a gently used Karma drone setup. Not having much luck. Mainly because I don’t know what all comes with one to know if I’m getting a good deal or not.

And lol on the altitude.
