New wheels/tires

Will be buying new wheels and tires for my 2021 redline LT1 soon and want to verify fitment first. Going with American racing AR924 in 20x9 with an offset of 20mm and 20x10.5 with a 40mm offset on the rear. Wanting to go with a 275/35/20 for the front and a 305/35/20 on the rear. I also plan on dropping the car 3/4" on the front and an inch on the rear (BMR). Will I have any rubbing/speedometer issues? Should I go with a different tire size? Stock tire sizes are 245/40/20 an all four corners currently

305/35 will be too big.
Maybe go with 295/35
