The catfish was awful as well. However the redeeming thing of that generation was the ws-6. Third gen has no redeeming quality to me lol.

Well, for me, I was more in to Trans Ams in those days. Loved the looks of the GTA's. I wasn't wild about the Camaro version of the third gen either.

Agree! Looks are subjective, performance is not. And they now have the a10 that I bet many others would love vs a8 or M6.

Of course they are welcome. Why wouldn't they be? But we can all have opinions. The difference is who can talk about their differing opinions without being an @SS about it.
That's all that really matters. The 2019 is going to be an awesome ride we all know that. But I will not hide my feelings about its looks when that is the subject.

Not sure what the point of this thread is? I'm interpreting it as "stop giving your opinion if it's negative....you might offend some future owner. "
I cordially decline. This refresh is a disaster.

If I can't give my honest opinion about a Camaro on a Camaro forum... where can I???
If someone likes the 2019 enough to drop $40K on it, I doubt my opinion is going to matter to them.

Agreed, because when we all see the new model in person it will grow on us and end up looking as good if not better than ours.

I will never think the taillights look good. the car doesn't make the person who buys them though. Always welcome but some of us it will never grow on.
