[OPEN] "Waiting for Update Media" recurring issue

Hello,

Recently my Infotainment System is showing an "Waiting for Update Media" screen (photo attached). I have no idea why - just out of the blue.
And it goes on and on - even after turning the engine off, and even after staring the engine again.

Last time I tried disconnecting battery (like it was suggested in a forum) and it worked for about 2 weeks or so now the problem is back - the same symptoms.
Update: And now it's gone after yet another cycle of turning engine off and on (like most IT issues like to do) making me even more confused why it was there in the 1st place. Why suddenly System wants some files and then decides that they are not needed.

Has anybody had a similar situation?
Any idea how to fix it?

Best regards,
Jarek
